The EiRAM Group is seeking a qualified Facilitator to design and deliver an accountability training program in support of MDOT SHA and its supervisors and managers. This training will enhance leadership skills, foster a culture of accountability, and improve team performance.
The program will be conducted in three separate sessions, each lasting three days and accommodating up to 20 employees. The facilitator will be responsible for the complete design, delivery, instruction, and provision of all training materials necessary for the program.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Develop a customized curriculum tailored to MDOT SHA’s specific needs.
- Ensure content is engaging, practical, and aligned with organizational goals and values.
- Create presentations, workbooks, handouts, checklists, and templates to support learning and practical application.
- Supply a qualified educator, instructor, or facilitator with expertise in leadership, accountability, and performance management.
- Ensure the instructor possesses strong facilitation skills and the ability to engage participants effectively.
- Conduct in-person training sessions with interactive methods including group discussions, role-playing, case studies, and hands-on exercises.
- Ensure consistency across all training groups.
