Certification Requirements
- Must have a license in the medical field or aesthetics training certificate
- 5 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic laser treatments
- Experience in facial anatomy, skin care, and advanced techniques within the aesthetic field.
- Proficiency in performing clinical procedures while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology clinic, or cosmetic surgery practice is highly preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in clinical education or training roles, preferably within the aesthetics or medical field.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering training programs for aesthetic professionals
- Experience in creating training materials (manuals, presentations, online content) that teach clinical skills and aesthetics best practices.
- Ability to train at diverse skill levels, from beginners to advanced professionals, and adapt the curriculum accordingly.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in managing a clinical training team or overseeing clinical education within an aesthetic organization.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple training sessions and schedules, ensuring consistency and quality across all sessions.
- Experience in providing feedback and evaluations to trainees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address training challenges or clinical issues as they arise.
- Familiarity with aesthetic industry regulations and guidelines, including FDA, HIPAA, and state-specific regulations for medical aesthetics.
- Experience with compliance in aesthetic procedures, ensuring that the training programs align with legal and ethical standards.
- Ability to assess and ensure that all trained professionals adhere to safety protocols in clinical practice.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools to track progress and improve the learning experience for trainees.
- Experience with simulation tools or virtual training platforms, especially in complex aesthetic procedures (if applicable).
