Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Secure all applicable evidence of insurance (Acord forms, policies) for team to perform compliance review
- Obtain insurance premium invoices and facilitate payment of such invoices from escrow when applicable.
- Manage Finance Agreement and Installment Monthly payment process.
- Make timely requests for additional information and corrective measures.
- Monitor the payment of premium invoices and obtain proof of payment from borrowers on loans where insurance escrow is not held.
- Utilize and update the Servicing System and other software applications to facilitate initial insurance reviews.
- Set up new or converted loan files, migrate pertinent information to insurance files
- Work professionally and harmoniously with team and coworkers
- Other projects and duties as assigned

Required
Education, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 2-4 years of experience in insurance selling, underwriting, claims, or CRE insurance is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate mortgage industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and list other relevant systems or software
- Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments, and to meet critical and established deadlines; Ability to manage multiple assignments and transactions simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to use discretion in the performance of daily activities
- Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and constant interruptions; Ability to adjust priorities in a changing environment
