Job Summary: Bartender

As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using SpotOn POS
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Engage with guests to build rapport and enhance their dining experience through excellent guest relations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Skills
