They have ambitions to build a large-scale production facility and is looking to add an experienced engineer to their already extensive pool of talent in hopes of revolutionizing the battery industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Designing or assisting the design/commission of a large-scale electrolyte production facility
- Designed chemical plants that handle HF and/or other fluorinated chemistries
- Work close with the Research and Development team to scale up Li-ion production processes.
- Conduct validation, quality control, regulatory compliance, and troubleshooting for production challenges.
- Mixing, optimizing, blending liquid electrolytes and synthesizing solvent molecules at an industrial scale
Qualifications
- Degree in chemical engineering or other related fields
- Extensive experience with liquid electrolytes, fluorinated components/chemistries, lithium-ion battery formulations
- Experience in low humidity environments
- Ability to be a part of, adapt, and thrive in a highly autonomous and high intensity team
