Job Opening: Drywall Project Manager / Estimator
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator specializing in Drywall Construction.
Location: New Jersey (Candidates must be located in the area or willing to relocate)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple drywall projects from start to finish.
- Estimate project costs, timeframes, and materials.
- Coordinate and supervise the installation and finishing of drywall materials.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Handle procurement and logistics of drywall materials.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of drywall experience (preferred).
- Proven experience in project management (Assistant or Mid-level).
- Strong knowledge of drywall materials, installation processes, and finishes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Located in New Jersey or willing to relocate.
- Only candidates with drywall experience will be considered (other types of project management experience will not be accepted).
