Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals.

- Ensure effective performance management practices are in place.
- Manage employee relations, addressing any issues or conflicts that arise.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other relevant labor laws.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to inform HR decisions and strategies.
- Lead succession planning initiatives to prepare for future leadership needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide support in workforce planning.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Proven experience in a senior HR role with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of performance management systems and talent acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with OSHA, regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to drive decision-making processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
