Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Permanent Outdoor Lighting Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Outdoor lighting installation and maintenance, with a focus on enhancing outdoor spaces through effective lighting solutions. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various power tools while ensuring that all installations meet safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Install outdoor lighting fixtures and related systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Perform site assessments and collaborate with clients to determine lighting needs and solutions.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of installed lighting systems.
- Work at heights using ladders and scaffolding, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of installed systems to identify any necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in roofing, handyman services, electrical work, carpentry, or low-voltage installation is a plus.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, saws, tape measures, and ladders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
