The Senior Human Resources Manager will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of Human Resources systems, polices, and processes across the North American operations. This role will be instrumental in transforming the HR function to better support our business objectives and create a more unified employee experience. The position will report directly to the Vice President Human Resources, North America, work closely with our Human Resource Business Partners, Human Resource Generalists, and Payroll to drive operational excellence throughout the organization.
This position is based at our Global Headquarters based in Plano, Texas and requires on-site presence Monday-Friday. Hybrid eligible after 90 days.

HR Operations Leadership
- Develop and execute the operational priorities that align with business objectives.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of HR systems.
- Create and maintain HR metrics dashboard to provide insights to Leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of the HR service delivery model.
- Lead a team of HR generalists and Payroll Manager.
- Partner closely with HRBPs to understand division needs.
- Design operational solutions that support HRBP strategic initiatives.
- Provide operational expertise and guidance to HRBPs.
- Collaborate on cross-function projects to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Develop standardized process that enable HRBPs to focus on strategic priorities.
- Lead the development of comprehensive HR policies that align with company values.
- Standardize processes across divisions to improve efficiency, reduce redundancy, and ensure consistency.
- Design innovative solutions that enhance the employee experience.
- Partner with legal counsel to navigate compliance requirements.
- Create governance frameworks for policy management.
- Lead complex technology implementations and integrations.
- Assist with long-term technology roadmap aligned with business growth.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across platforms.
- Champion automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Leverage analytics to drive data-based decision making.
- Support cultural integrations across divisions.
- Develop communication strategies for organizational changes.
- Partner with HRBPs to train and coach managers on new HR systems and processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational transformation.
- Required: HS Diploma and 20 years of experience
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in a business-related field and 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in HR operational leadership roles.
- Demonstrated HR generalist experience.
- Experience in fast paced, high growth, environments.
- SHRM-SCP or HRCI, SPHR certification preferred
