The Office Assistant is a key member of our ambulatory care team, responsible for providing administrative support to patients, physicians, and staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- Register patients into the practice management system.
- Perform scanning and abstracting duties, as well as obtaining patient records from various offices and hospitals.
- Answer and screen office calls, make patient appointments, take messages, and redirect calls as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
Requirements:
