What you will be doing:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Brand Specialist to join our team. If you are a self-starter with a knack for creativity and a solid understanding of branding/marketing principles, this is the perfect role for you. 

What your primary responsibilities will be:

• Develop, Plan, and Implement Branding/Marketing Programs: Execute and track various marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media initiatives, digital campaigns, events, and trade shows. 
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product marketing and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives. 
• Branding/Marketing Collateral Development: Collaborate with designers or external agencies to create marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogs, and other promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. 
• Campaign Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement. 
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities and inform strategy. 
• Content Creation: Write, proofread, and edit creative content across various mediums and social media platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.

What you will need: 

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
• Experience: 2 years of experience in marketing. 
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), Sprout Social, and similar platforms. 
• Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data and drive decisions. 
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in writing and editing content. 
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional prioritization, organization, and project management skills.

Physical Demands: 

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time if needed 
• May be required to stand for long periods of time
• Constantly operates a computer and possibly other work related machinery 
• Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine including repetitive motions
• Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication 
• Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication 
• Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances 
• May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and noise levels
