As part of Strottman International, Luki Lab is focused on creativity, design and innovation. We are looking for a talented Brand Marketing Specialist to help in the execution of Luki Lab marketing programs across B2B and B2C initiatives. This role is an important position on the marketing team and reports to our VP of Marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesHands-on coordination and project management of marketing tactics such as : trade shows planning and execution, product samples management, marketing communication including product catalogs and sell sheets, and Email newsletters and other printed and digital collateral materialsWork closely with the Sales Department on coordination of B2B sales communication to regional sales reps and specialty toy retailersDevelop and monitor project timelines in coordination with other departments and external partners to ensure integration of marketing effortsWith guidance from the VP of Marketing, help manage relationships with external partners and agencies to support marketing initiativesDraft internal and external communications as needed including marketing copy, newsletter, product copyMaintain and update marketing related information to be used by internal and external partners (Sell sheets, price lists, budget tracking, operational calendarUpdating online databases and systems to ensure data / asset accuracyAbility to grow into a brand marketing support position .Our ideal CandidateYou are high energy and thrive in a very fast-paced environmentYou are positive, adaptable, solution-oriented with a can-do attitudeYou are self-motivatedYou are a doerYou are proactivePosition RequirementsMinimum of 3-5 years of consumer marketing experience; bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related disciplineProven experience in consumer marketing operations or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environmentHighly detail oriented, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with strong follow-upExcellent project management and execution skills are a mustExceptional written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build solid collaborative relationshipsProficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint#J-18808-Ljbffr
