- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical professionals.

- Set standards for troubleshooting and issue resolution.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in software development
- Mastery in problem-solving.
- Effective time management skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Experience with Agile development principles and practices, especially the Scrum method.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and programming languages: .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL Server, Javascript.
- Outstanding communication and leadership.
- Strategic project management.
- Mastery of Jira and advanced Scrum methodologies.
- Annual base salary is $120,000 - $130,000, depending on qualifications.
