Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, including low voltage applications.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify issues and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions effectively.
- Work with logic controllers to optimize machine performance and reliability.
- Fabricate parts as needed to support ongoing maintenance efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations.
Experience
- Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role within an industrial maintenance environment.
- Strong electrical knowledge, including experience with voltmeters and low voltage systems.
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their application in maintaining production equipment.
- Ability to fabricate components as required for repairs or modifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting equipment issues.
