About the Position :

As the Marketing Manager for Lumos & Associates, you will be our brand ambassador and narrative creator for our company. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our business goals while also ensuring that the story of who we are and what we stand for is communicated authentically and effectively across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Ambassador : Represent Lumos & Associates and embody our values, culture, and vision at all times. Serve as the main spokesperson for internal and external communication, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand identity.
  • Narrative Creation : Craft and communicate the company's story, mission, and vision in a compelling way across multiple platforms including digital, print, social media, events, and press.
  • Marketing Strategy : Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive client engagement, and support business growth.
  • Collaboration with Business Development : Work closely with the Business Development team to align marketing initiatives with business development goals. Collaborate on marketing materials and strategies that support lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
  • Content Creation : Oversee and create high-quality content that resonates with target audiences. This includes blog posts, website copy, social media content, video scripts, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with broader company objectives and client needs.
  • Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze marketing campaign performance. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-driven results.
  • Event Promotion and Sponsorships : Coordinate and promote company events, webinars, and other brand-related initiatives to increase visibility and engagement with potential customers. Manage and coordinate sponsorships, community engagement, and charitable giving initiatives. Guide and coordinate the management of sponsorships and strategic marketing spending.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or a combination of equivalent experience and education.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing communications in the A / E / C or professional services industry required, OR 10 years of experience in one or more industries demonstrating the ability to master a new market.
  • Proven ability to market professional services and ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage own book of work, and capable of overseeing multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy execution, with a track record of managing initiatives that align with organizational goals, including business development and HR objectives.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and Canva along with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn) and SEO practices.
  • Ability to develop long-term plans and programs and to evaluate work accomplishments.
  • Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization and the general public.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to provide sound solutions, solve problems, and resolve conflicts.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be needed to accommodate project deadlines and employee needs.
  • Valid driver's license and driving record with 3 or less demerit points.
