Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Perform various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, invoice processing, and deposit management.
- Collect credit card descriptions from staff and prepare reports.
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain an efficient office environment by ordering supplies and directing internal communications.
- Provide clerical support for all office staff, including filing, copying, and mail coordination.
- Be willing to take on new tasks and projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience assisting in a busy accounting office.
- Superior organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, be flexible, and adaptable; takes initiative; reliable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- QuickBooks experience is a plus.
