We have an exciting long term contract opportunity for a Senior Corporate Recruiter in Austin, TX. This role will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting and hiring process while maintaining internal compliance policies and procedures.
Opportunities:
Responsible for the full cycle recruiting and hiring process while maintaining internal compliance policies and procedures.
Partners with Hiring Managers to fill open job requisitions in a timely and efficient manner.
Verifies job requirements, recruiting needs and completeness of requisitions then posts in appropriate places.
Researches, selects, and monitors use of internet job-posting sites, ensuring quality applicant flow and most effective cost.
Complete thorough interviews with applicants and sourced candidates and refers qualified candidates to hiring managers for all assigned job requisitions.
Seeks and develops new and revised methods for sourcing candidates.
Negotiates and extends job offers.
Completes compensation analysis and working with hiring manager on recommendation.
Experience:
Requires minimum 5 years progressively responsible experience in recruiting, sourcing, hiring, compensation administration and regulatory compliance gained in a dynamic, changing business environment in excess of degree requirements.
Requires experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
Minimum of 3 years Corporate Recruiting Experience is required.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be in Austin area.
