Job Description: Media Coordinator / Content Creator
As the Media Coordinator / Content Creator at Luna Marketing Studio, your role is integral to both our team and the success of our clients. Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Develop and execute social media content plans based on the client’s marketing strategy and vision.
- Research trends, topics, and statistics to create relevant and engaging content.
- Coordinate with clients monthly to incorporate special occasions, holidays, and events into their content calendars.
- Write captions, emails, and other copy, submitting them for approval.
- For clients providing their own content: organize and align photos, videos, reels, and graphics with captions and emails.
- For clients relying on us for content: capture, edit, and/or create photos, videos, reels, and graphics that align with their branding and marketing goals.
- Submit content plans, captions, and assets to clients for review and make revisions based on feedback.
- For Pinterest clients:
- Develop content plans tailored to Pinterest.
- Research and determine keywords for Pin titles, descriptions, and alt text.
- Create daily Pins and custom graphics using client branding.
- Research and create multiple hashtag groupings for each client’s social media content.
- Manage content approval workflows and ensure all deliverables are either scheduled or provided to clients in a timely manner.
- Confirm daily that all client posts and campaigns are running as planned—problem-solve issues as they arise.
- Study client analytics to assess content performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Compile monthly analytics into detailed client reports and present findings during end-of-month meetings.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, including weekly check-ins or ad hoc updates.
- Collaborate with CEO and the team to brainstorm new offerings, upsells, or strategies for clients.
Organization:
- Respond to client emails and texts promptly and professionally.
- Schedule weekly and monthly client meetings, as well as content creation days.
- Organize all assets and files according to client, month, platform, and campaign for easy access and review.
- Maintain a well-organized calendar and project management system to keep tasks on track.

Position Details:
- Contract Position: This role is offered on a contract basis.
- Hourly Pay: Competitive compensation is based on experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Proficiency in SEO and social media marketing
- Experience with multichannel marketing and advertising sales
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing tools
- Knowledge of content marketing and B2B marketing practices
- Skills in performance marketing, e-commerce, and marketing automation
- Excellent copywriting and research abilities
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $43,947.00 - $65,000.00 per year
