- Deliver hands-on therapy and personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams for optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on rehab techniques.
- Utilize Luna’s cutting-edge tech and Auto-Charting for seamless documentation.
- Engage in ongoing training, development, and performance reviews.
- Work with scheduling teams to optimize patient visits.
- Treat patients within a 30 min drive, with geofencing for ideal matching.
- Enjoy flexible scheduling after the first visit, coordinated by our Concierge team.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting the first of the month after hire.

- Degree from an accredited PT program & active state license (or eligibility).
- BLS certification, valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
- 2 years of experience (outpatient/home health preferred).
- Strong clinical judgment, time management & communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with EMR and mobile tools.
- Passion for innovation and redefining PT care.
