You will be responsible for creating and automating workflows, managing pipelines, and ensuring our systems are streamlined for both clinical and administrative operations. You will also bring a proactive approach to improving systems, enhancing processes, and contributing to a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the GoHighLevel CRM platform to improve marketing, client retention, and business operations.
- Create, automate, and maintain workflows, pipelines, and campaigns to support various departments, including marketing and clinical operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and track automated communication strategies (e.g., email marketing, SMS campaigns).
- Integrate third-party tools and applications within the GHL platform for enhanced functionality.
- Provide support for onboarding new team members into the GHL system, offering training as needed.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, offering recommendations for improvements.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues within the platform and ensure all processes are running efficiently.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure alignment of CRM strategies with overall business objectives.
- Continuously research new features and updates within GHL and propose ways to improve current systems.
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM platform.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, pipeline management, and campaign building.
- Proficiency in integrating third-party tools within GHL.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, SMS, and lead nurturing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Passion for women’s mental health and a commitment to making a positive impact.
- Experience in healthcare or mental health marketing.
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant communication and data security practices.
- Experience working with tools like Zapier for integration and automation.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
