Job Overview

Lundbeck is a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to brain health. We seek a highly skilled Patient-Centric Account Manager to drive the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and be able to execute against complex commercialization challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Built and maintain productive relationships with customers, identifying and addressing their needs.
  • Gather and validate market trends, map account linkages, and apply comprehensive therapeutic knowledge to inform business decisions.
  • Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and effectively address payer access issues.
  • Apply knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment, including adherence to Lundbeck policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • ~2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device sales.
  • Demonstrate intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including annual certification on product knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

This role requires up to 30% - 40% domestic travel to meet customers and internal personnel within assigned territories.
