There is an open part time custodial position at the Lunenburg Public Schools.
TITLE: Custodian
REPORTS TO: Senior Custodian
DUTIES & REPSONSIBILITIES:
Lunenburg Public Schools seeks a motivated individual to serve as part-time evening custodian.
This individual would be responsible for cleaning classrooms, restrooms, and hallways between 6:00 PM and 9:30 PM Monday to Friday.
Part-time evening custodian also would be responsible for maintaining the school physical plant in a condition of operating excellence so that full educational use of it is available at all times.
Work includes sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, finishing floors, cleaning and disinfecting restroom fixtures and floors, cleaning walls, desks, and windows as required as well as emptying trash receptacles/disposing of trash and securing windows and doors.
The part-time evening custodians will assist with snow removal as needed.
EXPERIENCE
Previous experience plus the ability/skill to do minor repairs preferred, but not required.
OTHER
Some flexibility with the starting time may be possible.
SALARY: Salary and benefits per Lunenburg Custodial contract.
