We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Landscape Crew Members and Foremen. Responsibilities- Perform landscaping tasks, including hardscape and softscape installation and maintenance
- Operate equipment such as skid steers, trucks, and trailers
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Assist in improving processes and procedures
- For Foremen: Lead a crew of 2-4 people on various projects, from residential to commercial work
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Knowledge and/or experience with hardscapes and softscapes
- For Foremen: 3 years of proven landscape experience and skid steer operation
- Preferred: Skid steer experience and understanding of DOT requirements for truck and trailer operation
Landscape Crew Members can expect to earn $20/hr-$25/hr, while Landscape Foremen can earn $26/hr - $32/hr or more, depending on experience.
