JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tracks incoming internet leads in the CRM and responds to inquiries immediately with a priority on new leads.
- Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by e-mail, or text message.
- Sets appointments; meets agreed upon daily and weekly call success metrics.
- Presents themselves in a professional manner: on the phone, through electronic correspondence and in person.
- Learns and perfects phone scripts as instructed and coached by the supervisor.
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
- Pay attention to price drops and contact customers on these specific vehicles to generate a sense of urgency to sell the vehicle.
- Create and maintain a video library for new vehicles to send to customers.
- Stay fully certified in selling the new vehicle inventory.
- Work closely with management on deals prior to closing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous automotive experience preferred
- Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude
- Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
- Must have a strong work ethic and act with integrity and promote professionalism at all times
- Confidence working with computers and programs
- Ability to communicate through e-mails, phones and text
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
