JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Tracks incoming internet leads in the CRM and responds to inquiries immediately with a priority on new leads.
  • Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by e-mail, or text message.
  • Sets appointments; meets agreed upon daily and weekly call success metrics.
  • Presents themselves in a professional manner: on the phone, through electronic correspondence and in person.
  • Learns and perfects phone scripts as instructed and coached by the supervisor.
  • Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
  • Pay attention to price drops and contact customers on these specific vehicles to generate a sense of urgency to sell the vehicle.
  • Create and maintain a video library for new vehicles to send to customers.
  • Stay fully certified in selling the new vehicle inventory.
  • Work closely with management on deals prior to closing.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous automotive experience preferred
  • Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude
  • Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Must have a strong work ethic and act with integrity and promote professionalism at all times
  • Confidence working with computers and programs
  • Ability to communicate through e-mails, phones and text
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
