Lure Fish House is seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our Santa Barbara location. Requirements
- Guest Satisfaction: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to create memorable dining experiences.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a positive work environment while communicating policies, standards, and company values.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and adherence to Lure Fish House standards. Maximize profitability by managing staff scheduling and operational costs.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to ensure all food and beverages meet Lure Fish House’s high-quality standards.
- Profit & Loss Management: Monitor and manage financial aspects of the restaurant, ensuring continued growth and profitability.
- Collaborative Leadership: Engage with cross-location teams and other General Managers to share best practices and drive company-wide success.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
- Profit Sharing Program: 20-40% target profit sharing
- Health Benefits: $6,000 per year credit toward health, dental, and vision coverage
- Paid Time Off: Up to 21 days per year, starting at 2 weeks

Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in an executive-level role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage priorities.
- Certification: Must possess a Manager Servsafe certificate, RBS certificate, Work Place Violence certificate and Manager Harassment Class certificate.
- Language: Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
- Technology: Proficiency in Aloha POS system is preferred.
