Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Investor Relations Administrative Associate to support our Investor Relations (IR) team in managing communications, coordinating investor activities, and handling administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring seamless operations and maintaining strong relationships with investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the investor relations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in drafting and distributing investor communications such as newsletters, presentations, transparency reports, and other materials.
- Track, review, and maintain investor fund documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper record-keeping.
- Maintain and update the investor database, ensuring accurate records and timely information.
- Handle investor inquiries and coordinate responses in collaboration with relevant internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with investor relations policies and financial disclosure requirements.
- Respond and maintain general investor relations inbox.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, finance, or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with financial reporting, investor relations platforms, and market research tools is a plus.
