We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data team and drive impactful solutions that support our growth and success.
Job Overview:
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with internal teams such as Operations and Finance, leveraging your expertise to develop reports, dashboards, workflow automations, and other technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Integration: Ensure data is structured, cleaned, and integrated effectively for model development.
- Delivery: Deploy end to end technical solutions including, but not limited to, Power BI reports, Power Automate workflows, and Excel tools for business stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., finance, operations, IT) to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft core products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams), as well as Microsoft Power platform (Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate).
- Strong SQL skills and experience with database technologies (SSMS, MySQL, Visual Studio).
- Experience with data visualization best practices and storytelling with data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently while being able to gauge when to ask for help.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in relevant field
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure
- Experience with programming languages like Python and/or R
- Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling or machine learning.
