Lutech Resources is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to senior staff members, including preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Preparing and sending correspondence, invoices, and other documents.
  • Processing payments, managing budgets, and tracking expenses.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
