What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Associate position at Lutheran Community Home?
Duties will include;
- Recruiting for open positions.
- Onboarding new hires
- Creating and maintaining job descriptions and training checklists.
- Evaluation of Employee performance.
- Assisting with Payroll as needed.
- Maintenance of employee personnel records.
- Ensure that the facility is in compliance with current applicable federal and state employment regulations regarding wages, overtime, work hours, workman’s compensation and unemployment compensation, etc.
- Plan and implement special events, which serve to advance staff, resident, and community relations.
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Human Resources.
Education Required: Bachelors in Business or Human Resources
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm - Full Time Benefit Eligible.
