MISSION IMPACT: All LCSNW team members will contribute to our mission of partnering with individuals, families and communities for health, justice and hope.The Restorative Justice Facilitator contributes to our mission by promoting healing, accountability, and justice through restorative practices, fostering inclusive and compassionate communities, building collaborative partnerships, and advocating for systemic change. The Restorative Justice Facilitator leads  restorative justice interventions for complex cases, and mentors and trains staff, volunteers and communities on restorative justice to further effect positive change.   RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and facilitate restorative justice circles/meetings to repair harm, restore relationships, and promote accountability, ensuring a safe and respectful space for all parties Manage complex cases involving multiple stakeholders, conducting thorough assessments of participants' needs and histories to tailor interventions Collaborate with legal professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to create and implement personalized case plans, assessing risks and addressing barriers to success Provide mentorship and training to coordinators, new facilitators and volunteers;  develop and deliver workshops to educate the community on restorative justice principles and practices Design, implement and evaluate programming and services based on current restorative justice research and practices; contribute to program evaluation by tracking outcomes and participant feedback Maintain detailed case documentation and prepare reports for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and legal standards Advocate for restorative justice within the community, building relationships with schools, legal systems, and other organizations to increase support for the approach   REQUIREMENTS: 3 years of related experience in restorative justice facilitation, conflict resolution or a related field Lived experience that enhances relatability to clients being served is beneficial, though not required  Master’s in social work, conflict resolution, criminal justice, psychology or related field; Bachelor’s plus 5 or more years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of Master’s Core Facilitator training must be successfully completed within 6 months of hire, in the absence of a related degree Fluency in English andadditional language(s) as outlined in the job posting, both spoken and written Intermediate mastery of business applications and productivity suitesDemonstrates resilience, awareness and self-regulation in navigating challenges, conflict and obstacles/barriers.Thrives in a diverse and multicultural environment; works with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance end-user experiences throughout the service lifecycleDemonstrates exceptional commitment to serving and advocating for diverse and marginalized populationsSuccessfully completes tasks in a moderately noisy environmentInteracts with others and performs tasks in-person and through the use of technology, with moderate periods of stationary activity and moderate periods of increased physical activity including and not limited to sitting, standing and walkingMoves equipment/materials weighing up to 25 poundsTravels between worksites regularlyWorks in a variety of settings, including and not limited to LCSNW office locations, partner agency and community-based settings, client home/community settings, outdoor settings in varying weather conditions, and faith-based settings such as churchesMeets LCSNW criminal background clearance requirements and other job-relevant clearances as required by the State or program The Perks:  We offer a full benefits package with options for medical, dental, prescription and vision coverage; employer-paid short and long-term disability, as well as life insurance.  Vacation includes up to 2 weeks in the first year.  Up to 2 weeks of Sick leave for you or to take care of your immediate family (based on hours worked). 12 Paid Holidays plus 2 Floating Holidays each year.  A 403(b) Retirement plan, with employer matching after meeting eligibility requirements.  Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to help and support you.
