Position Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Job Classification: 12-month employee
Reports to: CEO

Position Summary:
Following the lead of the CEO, the Executive Administrative Assistant takes on the administrative functions for both the Lutheran High School Association of Greater Milwaukee and the Association of Lutheran Secondary Schools.

Qualifications:
- Five years of administrative experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Administrative leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work productively both as a member of a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail
Essential Job Functions:
- Manages calendar and schedules appointments for the CEO of the LHSAGM.
- Communicates and follows up on appointments, confirmations, etc. with others.
- Prepares and executes mailings, letters, thank you notes, and programs related to the Brand, Mission, and Vision of the LHSAGM.
- Schedules agendas and prepares for monthly board meetings, Foundation board meetings, and TRIUN3 board meetings.
- Writes letters and communicates with key donors, supporters, and colleagues of the organization.
- Assists with events, speaking engagements, presentations for conferences, and other appearances of the CEO.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and other needed applications for Not-for-profit businesses.
- Performs other duties and project work as assigned by the CEO
Essential Job Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone and in person to provide information and assistance
- Ability to create and maintain communication and spreadsheets, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to maintain concentration and focus on tasks requiring timeliness and accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
