Lutheran Home of Southbury is seeking a Full Time Admissions and Marketing Liaison for the greater Southbury area. Lutheran Home is a newly renovated 120 bed skilled nursing facility with an attached 14 bed residential care home. Lutheran Home is a CMS/DPH highly rated facility, that not only offers a beautiful well-maintained facility that provides high quality care, but we also feature an exemplary supportive management team with very generous staffing patterns.
The Liaison will be stationed at the facility but will also travel to referral sources. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between referral sources, hospitals, physicians, and elder care professionals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to comprehensive preadmission screening, account management and sales/marketing efforts.
Qualified candidates will possess clinical assessment abilities, a health care marketing background and an understanding of industry referral process and payor sources.
