Genacross Lutheran is looking for a detail-oriented, experienced billing specialist. Prior experience working with electronic health records and excellent professional customer service approach is required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in the billing / collections area.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Requires excellent organizational and good judgement skills.
- Requires excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with senior executives, managers, supervisors and direct care staff, as well as
residents, families and physicians.
