Your Impact
✅ Drive Occupancy & Growth – Implement marketing and sales strategies to attract and welcome new residents.
✅ Build Relationships – Connect with residents, families, and referral sources to create strong community ties.
✅ Lead with Purpose – Oversee client relations and administrative operations to enhance the overall resident experience.
✅ Be a Voice for Our Residents – Ensure clear, proactive communication between residents, families, and staff.
✅ Support Operational Excellence – Work closely with leadership to maintain compliance, oversee vendor contracts, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
✅ Step into Leadership – Serve as Acting Executive Director when needed, contributing to high-level decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
🌟 Experienced & Passionate – 3 years in sales, marketing, or client engagement, preferably in a senior living environment and an Associates degree in business, marketing or related field.
🌟 A Natural Leader – Strong ability to mentor teams, manage operations, and drive community engagement.
🌟 Detail-Oriented & Organized – Experience handling administrative and financial oversight, vendor contracts, and regulatory compliance.
🌟 Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and senior living management software.
🌟 A People Person – Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster meaningful connections.
