Job Description
General Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting with the presentation of daily activities and special events.
Maintains the resident's medical records for activities as assigned and records resident's participation and attendance at activity programs.
Plans outings, schedules trips and arranges transportation; transports and escorts residents, as required.
Education/Training: A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent skills
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year's experience normally required; prior experience in an interdisciplinary setting with creative programming for adult population preferred.
ADA: Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.
Shift: Part-Time, Day shift, 59 hours per pay period.
