We are offering a $4,000 Sign-on Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment) for the Construction Specialist.

The Construction Specialist is responsible for quality and daily coordination of assigned construction projects for Lutheran SeniorLIFE. This includes ensuring that all goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frames and funding parameters. Performs renovations, repairs for all facets of buildings, to include new construction, renovations, and inspections, provide a continuous safe environment, efficient and effective operation of the buildings and home, throughout the organization.
Qualifications
Construction Specialist qualifications include:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Formal education in skilled trade or trade school.
3-5 Years related experience or equivalent experience and education.
Knowledge of specific materials, power and hand tools and methods used in building process of assigned trade.
Knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, operating principles and electrical does.
Knowledge of plumbing repairs, maintenance, installation techniques and of local plumbing codes.
Sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
