You will work closely with our case management team to provide intensive, short-term clinical services to Unaccompanied Children referred to our Dream Center. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing the needs of our clients and developing effective treatment plans to support their well-being.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct mental health assessments and provide ongoing clinical services to Unaccompanied Children
* Collaborate with case management staff to develop and implement treatment plans
* Maintain accurate documentation of all clinical activities in accordance with ORR policy
* Provide translation support as needed for clients, sponsors, and staff
* Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
