We are seeking a talented Bilingual Licensed Clinician to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments and provide ongoing clinical services to Unaccompanied Children (UCs) referred to the Dream Center.
- Collaborate with the case management team to provide intensive, short-term services that require fluency with the policies of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR).
- Apply child welfare best practices to protect clients in care and mitigate risk factors.
- Maintain documentation of all clinical activities in accordance with ORR policy.
- Provide translation support as needed for clients, sponsors, and staff.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in social work or related field with clinical experience.
- Experience working in a residential facility.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Excellent writing skills and computer proficiency.
