Job Summary
The Program Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to our youth in program. This includes assessing patients, administering medications, and providing education on disease prevention and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Treating and caring for patients in our program, including preparing them for examinations and recording medical intake.
- Managing and monitoring the delivery of services to patients, ensuring compliance with company policy and procedures, state and federal guidelines.
- Providing education and counseling to patients concerning their disease, treatment, and prevention of disease.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
- Valid RN license according to state requirements.
- Minimum 1 year of full-time direct service delivery experience.
- Experience working with diverse populations of children/adolescents.
