General Responsibilities
1. Maintains professional, community, and other contacts to facilitate Cranes Mill census needs
2. Assists the Sales and Marketing Department in promoting the entire Cranes Mill community to the local area through participation in various community groups and networking opportunities.
3. Plan and execute community events, workshops, and seminars that cater to seniors and their families, fostering community engagement and promoting the Cranes Mills services.
4. Coordinate special events and open houses for professionals to enhance awareness of Cranes Mill in the marketplace.
5. Have the knowledge to create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) to highlight community events, resident stories, and health and wellness resources.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials, newsletters, and online advertisements that target specific demographics and educate while developing interest in Cranes Mill Services.
7. Coordinate volunteer opportunities for residents and staff to enhance community involvement.
8. Build a referral network, developing and maintaining relationships to ensure attainment of business goals in a growing referral base to include, but not be limited to, West Caldwell and parts of Essex, Morris, Passaic, Bergen, Union, and Somerset counties.
9. Track all referral sources and activities through the use of the CRM database and have the ability to run/produce reports as requested.
10. Actively participates in all special events on and off campus.
11. Has knowledge of sales and admissions process to serve as a back-up when needed
12. Provide tours to those interested in the Crane's Mill Campus programs.
Basic Qualifications
Education/Training/Certifications: Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
Skill(s): Strong verbal and written communications abilities, including presentation & computer skills
Experience: Five (5) years' experience in a position involving significant outreach or contact with the public is required.
Preferred: Five (5) years experience in community outreach in a non-profit or organization, with experience in event planning and social media experience
