As the Statewide Director of Host Homes, you will :
- Assist with the plans, development and oversight of the operations and growth of Host Home (HH) Services throughout the state of MN.
- Work closely with Counties to open new areas of service and work collaboratively with the MN Department of Human Services (DHS) to advocate and grow Host home services in MN.
- Develop marketing strategies to find Host home contractors.
- Assure 245d services are following all applicable laws and regulations.
- Supervise direct reports and support with supervision of indirect reports all located throughout the state.
