HOURS: Full-time employment to include day, evening, some weekends and on-call

SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES: Work collaboratively with case manager and direct care staff in relation to assigned caseload. Maintain client files according to agency standards. Network with community resources. Provide individual and group therapies.
Communicate with placing workers, parents, school, and other collateral contacts regarding client progress. Complete paperwork related to program participation, family involvement, significant incidents, etc. Provide leadership during emergency/emotional situations. Write or receive orders for emergency safety interventions on rotation.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree required in counseling, social work, or related field; prefer 2 years of experience. Must be licensed or certified as a counselor or social worker, or in the process of obtaining such licensure or certification. Must successfully complete all agency background checks. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
