As the Children’s Village Director, you will lead with intention, guiding and inspiring a team of educators and staff to create a positive and nurturing environment for children and families.
Your work will include cultivating relationships with staff, families, and community stakeholders to strengthen our programs and expand our reach. Operational excellence will be at the core of your responsibilities, as you oversee compliance, staff development, and resource management to ensure sustainability and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a system of care with all families that promotes overall health, well-being and engagement.
- Drive strategic execution, ensuring resources are aligned to create sustainable success.
- Manage programmatic budget and revenue generation.
- Report and analyze center performance, program strategy, and financials.
- Coordinate program curriculum and implement instructional strategies based on regulations, center philosophy and best practice standards.
- Generate and implement new ideas that will increase center effectiveness and service to the community.
- Act as a professional resource regarding early childhood education and child growth and development.
- Participate in all accreditation processes and evaluations.
- General supervision, training, retention and motivation for all Children’s Village staff.
Qualifications:
- Preferred degree in early childhood education or a related field, or equivalent qualifications as defined by Indiana childcare licensing regulations.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in a management role.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for business use
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to lift 30 pounds.
