Are you passionate about fostering young minds in a nurturing and safe environment? Our Early Learning Education Center seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time teacher to join our dynamic team. This team member will flex between our 2 ½-3 ½ year old classroom and our 4-5 year old classroom.

Summary of Work : Provide a positive, nurturing, safe, and caring environment for children to grow physically, emotionally, spiritually, socially, and intellectually. You will be responsible for your assigned children and the overall classroom activities, ensuring compliance with agency, program, and accrediting guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans using the High Scope Curriculum
• Maintain required documentation for assigned students
• Create a positive and nurturing environment fostering trust and active learning
• Guide children's behavior using developmentally appropriate techniques
• Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
• Meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, and cognitive needs of children
