- Provide educational curriculum to 7h and 8th grade students in partnering schools with linkage agreements.
- Conduct communication campaigns and link youth to needed services.
- Complete and submit all necessary reports and documentation accurately and on time.
- Facilitate and/or attend quarterly meetings of coalition.
- Conduct group presentations with youth ages 11-18.
- Education and/or professional training in the human services field.
- One year of experience preferred.
- Attend all mandatory trainings through DHS.
- Must be able to transport clients.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear, comprehensible manner.
- Valid State of Illinois driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance.
Salary : $38,000 - $42,000
