LSS Center for Financial Resources seeks a compassionate individual to join our team as a Financial Counselor & Educator. HOURS : Part-time, including evening and Saturday hours

RESPONSIBILITIES : Financial Counselor & Educator cares for, supports and strengthens individuals, families and communities by working as a member of the LSS team. As a Financial Counselor & Educator, you will provide comprehensive money management and housing counseling sessions; promote and educate clients and the community through group education presentations, outreach and networking; and obtain credit counselor and housing certifications.
Education and / or Experience
BA or BS plus 1-2 yr. financial experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Achieve certification as a NFCC Certified Credit Counselor and Housing Counselor.
Must successfully complete all agency background checks. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
