As a Member Of Our Collections Team, You Will
- Collaborate with customers and our global sales / service teams.
- Play a crucial role in achieving our annual sales and profit objectives.
- Contribute to the financial health and success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Build Collaborative Relationships: Use your excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop trusted relationships with customers while reconciling their account balances.
- Daily Customer Communication: Engage with customers via phone and email to:
- Resolve disputed receivables by collaborating with both customers and sales/service teams.
- Facilitate timely payments and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize negotiation techniques to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for Lutron and the customer.
- Credit Team Collaboration: Work closely with the credit team to ensure timely shipment of orders for cash-in-advance customers by processing credit card payments efficiently.
- Time Management: Leverage your time management skills and ability to work independently to meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required, Associates degree preferred
- 1 - 3 years business experience, previous collections experience preferred
- Must be located within commutable distance of Center Valley, PA to accommodate in-office schedule
