Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to develop a robust pipeline of world-class talent
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of recruiters, enabling high performance and consistent delivery against ambitious hiring plans
- Passive Candidate Engagement: Oversee the identification, engagement, and attraction of passive candidates using cutting-edge search techniques.
- Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvements in recruitment processes to enhance effectiveness
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a trusted recruitment advisor to senior leaders, building strong partnerships to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
- Networking Excellence: Assist leaders in maximizing their networking efforts to uncover exceptional talent.
- Vendor Relationships: Develop and nurture vendor partnerships to fulfill recruitment needs and maintain a steady talent pipeline.
- Candidate Journey Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
- Excellence Standards: Ensure all hires meet Lutron’s high standards of excellence
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00
- 10 years of professional experience with 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of MS Office and at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
