Job Duties for Account Manager:
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to key accounts and stakeholders
- Ensure smooth communication, address client concerns, and resolve issues promptly by collaborating with internal teams
- Negotiate contracts, manage account renewals, oversee customer account management, and track key metrics
- Develop new business with existing clients, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales quotas and drive revenue growth
- Create and contribute to reports, track sales results and forecasts, and update stakeholders on initiatives
- Assist sales and marketing teams with strategic plans, develop account strategies, and liaise with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
- Ensure the timely delivery of solutions, maintain accurate client records, and document interactions
- Stay updated with industry trends, participate in educational opportunities, and maintain personal networks to enhance job knowledge and performance.
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Account Manager:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience preferred
- Ability to sit for duration of shift
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
