MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Lutz Financial Client Service Associate, you will:
- Deliver expectational client experience through strong, professional relationships
- Support advisers by preparing reports, meeting materials, and reviewing client accounts
- Process, track, and manage paperwork and account maintenance requests
- Execute financial transactions with precision and efficiency
- Collaborate with custodians to resolve service and account-related issues
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflows through technology
- Maintain organization and accuracy in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal compliance procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Finance, or Economics preferred
- 0–5 years of experience in financial services or client-facing support role
- Familiarity with Schwab Advisor Center or other custodial platforms, preferred
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with web-based tools
- Team-oriented with a commitment to client service excellence
