MAKE AN IMPACT

As a Lutz Financial Client Service Associate, you will:

  • Deliver expectational client experience through strong, professional relationships
  • Support advisers by preparing reports, meeting materials, and reviewing client accounts
  • Process, track, and manage paperwork and account maintenance requests
  • Execute financial transactions with precision and efficiency
  • Collaborate with custodians to resolve service and account-related issues
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflows through technology
  • Maintain organization and accuracy in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal compliance procedures


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Finance, or Economics preferred
  • 0–5 years of experience in financial services or client-facing support role
  • Familiarity with Schwab Advisor Center or other custodial platforms, preferred
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with web-based tools
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to client service excellence
